During the state legislative session, there will be hundreds of health care related bills introduced. South Carolina Nurses Association will examine legislation that pertains to nursing and health care and revise the agenda as needed. SCNA employs several lobbyists who work on behalf of the association as well as a team of volunteers who are active politically to protect nurses for the public.
